  • Ukuhiko creates handcrafted taonga pūoro, wearable art, and contemporary objects inspired by the meeting of ancestral knowledge and emerging technologies. Due to the handcrafted nature of the work, each piece is unique and may vary slightly from photographs shown on this website.

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

    Ukuhiko reserves the right to cancel or refund any order where pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or unforeseen circumstances occur.

  • Due to the handcrafted nature of Ukuhiko taonga, returns for change of mind are generally not accepted.

    If your taonga arrives damaged, defective, or you believe there is a significant issue with its quality, please contact us within 14 days of receiving delivery.

    Each situation will be assessed individually.

    Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws.

  • Ukuhiko ships both within New Zealand and internationally.

    A fixed shipping fee is applied at checkout to help cover packaging, handling, and courier costs. While we aim to keep shipping as affordable as possible, this fee may not always reflect the exact cost of delivery.

    Orders are typically dispatched within 7 working days. Once your order has been sent, a tracking number will be provided by email.

    Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier services, customs processing, public holidays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

    For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or charges imposed by their country.
